Control Panel Language: You can choose to use the control panel in English or German.
Control Panel Format: The condensed format reduces spacing between items to show more information on the screen. This can reduce the amount of scrolling required if the control panel does not fit on your screen.
Font Size: Set the default font size for the control panel. After changing and saving this setting you need to reload the page to see the change.
Window Style: Open Bookings, Rates etc in a pop up box in the same window or in a new browser window.
Calendar Style: Select the style of control panel calendar display
1. No Units will show a condensed view of bookings and rates per room type. Assignment of bookings to individual units is not allowed.
2. Booked units will show individual units of a room type that are booked during the display period. Bookings can be assigned to an individual unit.
3. All units will show all units regardless of whether they are booked or not. Bookings can be assigned to an individual unit.
Show Property Occupancy: Show an indication of occupancy for the property on the calendar view.
Choose to see occupancy displayed as a percentage, as number of units booked or number of units not booked per day.
This value is calculated by the total number of bookings and total number of rooms in the property. It does not take account of rooms manually closed or with manually reduced inventory values.
Unit Status Presets: Create a list of preset status items which can be selected for each unit in the control panel calendar.
Add each item on a new line.
Credit Card Security: Best practice for credit card security is not to store the card CCV number with the other card details.
1. Store CCV will store the CCV number. Although the data is stored and transmitted encrypted, anyone who gains login access to your account will be able to view it.
2. Email CCV sends an encrypted Security Code in the host booking notification email. The CCV is not stored. The CCV can only be viewed by entering the encrypted security code into the booking details.
3. Do not store cards discard credit cards without storing them. Use this option if you must conform with PCI DSS regulations not to store cards online.
Add New Bookings: The price wizard when enabled will show when a booking is entered from the control panel.
The price wizard collects basic information required to calculate a price for the booking using your rates.
After calculating a price you can continue to the normal booking fields.
Guest Database: New bookings can be auto added to the guest database. Enable or disable this function.
Show Booking End Date: In the control panel you can either show the date of the last night the guest booked or the check-out date.
Booking Show Name: Guest name style for the control panel calendar grid.
Choose to show firstname or lastname first or to show firstname/lastname over two lines.
Truncating the name will keep the grid columns regular but not all of the name may be visible, especially for one night bookings.
Not truncating the name will show the full name which will cause the date columns to grow in width to fit.
Booking Hover Text: This setting let you customise the hover text of your bookings in the CALENDAR view. The setting uses Template Variables to define what information should appear in the hover text. Copy them exactly as shown including the square brackets and upper case. Booking Flag Text Presets: Each line will be available as a preset value for the booking flag text and color. The booking flag can be set individually for each booking.
Enter each text option on a new line, Comma's and quotes are not allowed in the text component. Optionally a HTML hex colour code (exactly 6 characters long, without the #) can be entered after a comma to add color to the flag.
For example the following adds the color red to the flag and sets the text to "This is flag preset 1".
This is flag preset 1,FF0000
Next Invoice Number: Next invoice number to be assigned. This number will be incremented by one each time an invoice number is assigned to a booking.
New Booking: New bookings will be shown with this colour.
Request Booking: Request bookings will be shown with this colour.
Confirmed Booking: Confirmed bookings will be shown with this colour.
Cancelled Booking: Cancelled bookings will be shown with this colour.
Rates: Rates will be shown on the Calendar page with this colour.
